Based in Salt Lake City, Celia Thomas is a recent graduate of the University of Utah’s College of Fine Arts, working primarily in oil. Her paintings probe the complexities of relationships, alienation, mortality, and morality, weaving symbolism and imagery drawn from folklore, literature, and mythology into contemporary narratives.
